Any one have idea that how much time it will take for getting approved after aduit. I see some cases in ********.com that some people got approvals with in 3 months after audit.

According to DOL's site they're still processing March PERM.

are you porting EB3 dates to EB2? If how come you can file concurrent I-140 & I-485? Must be from country whose PD is current.

Hi...Couple of scenarios for me now.

1. Use cross-chargeability (my wife born in europe)

2. Port my EB3 PD from Jan 2006.

I am using #1 to file concurrent filing.
