221g white slip with rejection - please share your experinces

Hi All,

Here is my H1B stamping experience:

Stamping attended in July in Kolkata. The consulate officer took all my documents and told me to wait for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes he called me and stamped rejected on my passport saying that my employer would not be able to provide employment. And he also said there are some mistakes in the forms filled. He said I can challenge his decision in US court. He took my I 797 original and returned only passport. Then he gave me a 221g white slip and mentioned the same in that.

Did anyone face a similar issue. What would be my next process. My employer says let them send back to USCIS then we can reply them. My employer is confident that we can resolve this issue.

Can anyone please share their knowledge and advice me what I can do now. Should I go for new H1 application with same employer or new employer. I dont want to go for new employer as my current employer is ready to file new H1 for me again. But they say we will wait on this case.
