N-400 denial notice 8 months back, Can wife get GC

My husband citizenship is denied due to not a good moral character (no criminal record). My I-130 is approved. I am currently on H1 visa and my husband is on GC. His GC will expired in 2017. We plan to renew it.

I am currently eligible to apply for my GC as my PD date of I-130 approval is current.

Should I apply for my GC? Will that affect his GC? Can I get GC or EAD?

Yoru husband really needs to speak with an immigration attorney if he has no criminal record to determine the reason for the naturalization denial.

GCs can be revoked.
