H1 Revoke Time

Does anybody here knows how long will it take to revoke the H1b.

As an employee you don't have to do anything with H1b revocation. Your H1b status and associated benefits ends when you lose the employer-employee relationship (termination). Revoking H1b is employer's burden.

This is my true personal experience.

I worked for a major US consulting company, and I was laid of on 3/29/2013. My company must have initiated the cancellation process immediately, and on 4/12/2013, the status of my petition on USCIS already read "revoked". So it took less than 2 weeks for my petition to be revoked by USCIS,

I have meanwhile found another company and am waiting for the h1b transfer result.

Guys Had my H1 Transferred and was Good, Do not know if the Previous employer revoked the H1 or not .
