h1974 Posted April 26, 2013 Report Share Posted April 26, 2013 Dear Sirs, Recently my spouse is planning to travel to India along with my son. Both are with me in USA now on H-4 visa. I converted my visa from L1 to H1 last year with CoS, and I do not have the H1 visa stamped on my passport. (Last time I entered to USA on L1 visa, and my spouse/son on L2) Will they have any issue with H-4 visa stamping in India, because my passport is not stamped with H1 visa ?
