DS 160 question - Are you applying for the same type of visa?

Here is my condition, I worked for an employer in US on H1 for 2 years and carried a visa valid from 8/mar/2010 to 10/jul/2011. I left that company and started working for a new one since Jan 2012 with new H1 filed by my current employer... coming month MAY I am going to india for stamping and have the below question...

under Previous US travel section -

Are you applying for the same type of visa? Yes /No

Should I say Yes/No, i tried googling for answer but none was specific to my case, i also read somewhere that the i can say Yes only if my visa expired within last 12 months. is that true?

Please advise!

You should say YES..if you are applying for another H1B.
