DeepakSanghvi
Hi Experts, my labor for GC was filed Aug'2012 and my case is being audited. My H1B expires on 30th Aug 2013. My company is saying that I could file for my extension 6 months in advance as my labor was applied 365 days before my H1B expiry. Does anyone know if this is possible. What will happen if I apply and get my H1B extended and then get denial on my labor application. Please help, Deepak Link to comment
pontevecchio
If your H1 is extended for 0ne year the extension usually stands even were the PERM to be denied. Link to comment
