Visitor Visa for my parents

Hi,

I am on H1B and applying for Parents Visitor visa. I am sponsering the trip. I have couple of questions as,

1) I am not having birth certificate, is there any alternate document to it? I have gone through couple of discussion on birth certificate, and it was mentioned that BC is not mandatory document. But still I wanted to confirm once again.

2) My mother is housemaker but her name is added in our business as a partner. What should I mention in the DS-160 housemaker or self-employed?

3) My father passport Given name - there is no grandfathers name is mentioned on my father passport. Should I mention the same name in DS 160 or should I include my grandfathers name.

Could you please let me know if anyone has faced this type of issue. Thank you in advance.
