DS-160 - ten print and experience

Hi All,

Please could someone assist me with the following questions related to DS-160 form:

1. I had done manual finger printing (all 10 fingers) for FBI background check for Canada immigration, so should my answer to Ten printing be Yes or No?

2. Should experience obtained as graduate assistant and internship while on F1 visa be documented in experience section?
