kau_ber
Hello all, I am trying to apply tourist visa for my inlaws. I have urgent questions to be addressed... 1) I am a citizen here and working full time. My wife is a housewife and did not work anytime. So, during filling ds160 form to my inlaws, for 'US Contact Information' and 'person helping in filing forms', should I write my name or my wifes name? I will be sending my job and visa documents etc, but I am not sponsoring. I read that self sponsor is best option! 2)If I book the appointment now, and want to change above details later, can they submit new ds160 and take both old and new ds160 to the interview!? Thanks a lot for your replies, Beran Link to comment
tasteofindia
AFAIK, you cannot revise ds160 after you schedule interview. I think mentioning your wife's name is better if you are not the sponser. Link to comment
USvisas
1. You should write your name 2. Once you reach a stage and take the interview appointment, I dont think you can create and tag a new DS 160 to the application, but I think there's some way to change data in your original DS 160 Link to comment
