My receipt date is February 19th, 2013 and still awaiting approval....Please post your timelines.....Also what is the usual time frame for I-612 adjudication by USCIS....? Link to comment

canadoc Posted April 10, 2013 Report Share Posted April 10, 2013 I just received my J1 Waiver approval from USCIS for a Conrad 30 position (from Canada). Here is my timeline: Sept, 2012: Signed contract for a J1 waiver sponsoring physician position in Florida Nov 1st, 2012: Applied for J1 Waiver for State of Florida as a Conrad 30 applicant Jan 8th, 2013: Conrad 30 spot recommended by Florida (51 applicants for 30 spots) Feb 5th, 2013: Conrad 30 information received by Department of State March 5th, 2013: Department of State Favorable Recommendation March 12th, 2013: USCIS received favorable recommendation letter and sent me Notice of Action (I-612) (VT center) April 9th, 2013: USCIS approval of J1 Waiver (4 weeks)!
