vatpk
Hello All, My friend has a B1/B2 visa originally requested for Business meetings through the company but the meeting didn't happen and could not travel to USA. However can he now come to USA on the same visa as a tourist. Does he needs to go to visa interview again. If he can come, what all documentation should i provide as i am planning to invite him. . pontevecchio
Your documents are irrelevant. The questions asked will be routine questions about the nature and duration of the trip. Link to comment

pioneer.grace
I have a valid B1/B2 visa. My invitation letter says that I would be in the US for 2 weeks for a training. I would like to take another week after my training and visit a cousin and a few friends. Is it legal? If so, will I need any documents from my cousin or friends? Link to comment
