Visotrs Visa for my parents was rejected at Chennai. How long do we need wait before trying to re-apply ?

wait for atleast 6 months before applying again....but do find the reason why it was denied...if you are in Chennai, you have the best attorney in your city. Murthy law firm in Chennai. do consult with them.

There is generally no specific amount of time one must wait; however, if they were denied under 214(b) (likely), then there is little point reapplying soon since their situation, whatever it is, has not materially changed....coming up with a new reason for going to the US is meaningless (the VOs don't care why one wants to go; only why someone would depart the US and not work illegally), nor will rewritten invitation letters, notarized I-134's, letters from congressmen or senators, etc, make any difference.
