Can dependent travel on previous employer H4 valid visa if the H1b is revoked also

i am struck in the middle.here is my scenario

I changed my employer A to employer B and B applied for H1B transfer and got RFE and is still in process.Meanwhile my wife who is in india for vacation got H4 stamped on previous employer H1B peteition.She is all set to travel with H4 visa and new H1b receipt.

But today i got mail saying that my Previous H1B petition is revoked on which my wifes H4 stamping is done.Please let me know whether my wife H4 is valid or not

Please advise whether she can travel or not..she is travelling with a 9 months old baby who is a US citizen.

She should not plan to travel until you have worked out your current H1B issues. You may be going home. The fact you have a USC baby makes no difference on her status or entry. The baby will always be admitted, but your wife requires valid reason to do so.
