Converting B1 to H1B/F1

I just got B1 visa, but i would like to convert it to H1B/F1 after i am getting to US.

Is it possible?

Why don't you do the right thing and do it from home. You OWE your employer sending you on B1 your full attention attending to his business and not spending it looking for a new job. I b et once he finds out your plan, your visit will not occur on his dime.

Remember new H1B begins in Oct. F1 required moiney to pay all of the bills.

What did you tell the VO was the purpose of your trip? to change status to H or F1? Or the ever popular 'knowledege transfer?'....your type of proposed action is one reason many bona fide travelers have difficulty obtaining visas, thanks to those like you who are already 'changing their mind' long before the ink dries on their visa.....now, if you have the courage, why not apply for an F1 now?
