JoeF
No real university will. You have to have a 4-year bachelor degree to get into graduate school. In rare cases, they may accept somebody with less education into a Masters program, but then you would have to take a bunch of undergrad courses. Link to comment
t75
Get an educational evaluation. Discuss it with the graduate school officials at the college you intend to attend. Do NOT go to one of the diploma mills. Link to comment

But I heard that their are some schools ( of course they are good) do accept the 3 yr degree but need to take few extra courses during their master's program. Is that true?? Link to comment
t75
The 3 year degree was determine to be equivalent to a US degree therefore it is very much a case by case evaluation. Many masters programs require articulation courses of students even if they graduated from a US institution with the prerequisite bachelors degree. Each student's transcript is evaluated to determine if there are deficiencies. Link to comment
catx
Some schools may offer a "conditional" acceptance for 1 year, where you take the courses they deem necessary to come up to a 4 year degree, and if you do well, you are automatically admitted to continue on with a graduate (Masters) degree. In other words, they add a year to the degree program to catch up to what they deem is a 4 year undergraduate (Bachelors) degree. Link to comment
t75
In other words, you will need to discuss it with each school and they will not necessarily give you the same options. Link to comment
