Flower234 Posted February 26, 2013 Report Share Posted February 26, 2013 Hi, We have filed COS from L1 to L2 in vermont centre and its been 2 months still application is in initial review How long does it take?can we withdraw application and file a new application and go out of country and get it stamped? We need visa ASAP to file my EAD.. What is quicker ways? Really worried..:( Link to comment
itsmeusa Posted February 26, 2013 Report Share Posted February 26, 2013 If you want it to be processed quickly, upgrade the filing from regular to premium processing which would cost you around $1250.00. USCIS will take decision / respond on your case within 15 days. To apply for EAD, you don't need visa, but approved petition. Link to comment
