PERM Audit and H1 Expire

Dear All,

My sixth year of H1B is going on expire on July-31-2013 and my labor was applied on Nov-05-2012 which is after 365 days rule. My labor got audited in Random Audit on Feb-20-2013 and now I have 5 months left on my H1B to expiry after considering recapture period. My attorney is replying to my audit nest week so please let me know how long does it take for audit decision.

If my audit will not come before July. what are my options to stay in US after this? Can I get few months extension after July and if my audit decision is replied positive then how many days I need to have before july 31-2013 to apply extension and I-140 approved.
