h1visa09
I have applied for an extension of stay for B2 Visitors visa. My i-94 expiry date is March 29, 2013 and USCIS processing time for extension is 2 months. Can I stay after my i-94 expiry date if USCIS does not make a decision. Is that legal? Will I not have any issue in my future visits? Please advise. Link to comment
t75
You may remain until you receive a decision, but a denial will definitely effect future entries and visa stampings. I hope you had a really good reason for requesting the extension. Link to comment
