rock Posted February 16, 2013 Report Share Posted February 16, 2013 Got PERM and I-140 approved through Company A and I-485 pending since August 2007. Priority Date is July 2007. I am still working for Company A. Company B filed for PERM in future employment and got I-140 approved. I got two approved I-140s from two different companies. (Comp A and Comp B) I am planning to change my employer Company A using EAD under AC 21 provision and join Company C. 1) If Company A withdraws I-140 will my I-485 get RFE or denied? 2) I will have to use EAD to change to Company C. If there is MTR can I still work on EAD? Link to comment
