pkhisti Posted February 4, 2013 Report Share Posted February 4, 2013 I applied for AP in Oct 2012 at Texas Service Center and the online status still shows status as inital review. There are no RFEs and all my past APs got approved with in 8 weeks. Not sure what is wrong with this one. My lawyer suggested for an Infopass appointment, but not sure if they can help in such cases. Anyone else seeing similar delays in AP approvals? Link to comment

If the application is outside the stated processing times, you can contact USCIS via the National Customer Service Telephone Number and request a service request be placed for the application.
