monveepen Posted February 4, 2013 Report Share Posted February 4, 2013 Hello Gurus, On January 8th 2013 applied for EAD/AP Renewal (for both me and my wife). On Jan31st my EAD and AP status changed to APPROVED. But my wife's EAD and AP status is same (Initial Review). Is it going to take some more time or should expect RFE ? cadudemurthy Posted February 17, 2013 Report Share Posted February 17, 2013 Hi , Need some advice I have my EAD/AP expiring on 15 april 2013. I am filing for EAD/AP renewal. I reside in california . I have a question as to where I need to send my documents. I went through the instructions, but am not still clear. My I-485 was filed at texas service center. Do I need to send the EAD/AP renewal to texas? I-765 instructions say that since i am applying for c(9) and reside in california, I need to apply to phoenix lock box. Can you advice me with this .
