My employer upgraded my case to premium on sep 9 and my application was approved on sep 17. i'm still waiting to recieve my approval documents. Any know how long does it take to recieve the approval documents? i'm running close with my DL expiration. Good luck, to everyone waiting. It is painfully slow and frustrating. Link to comment

I am on E3 visa and no premium for E3 so am stuck in this long wait. Dont know why they are taking so long to process applications. At least they should process H1 and other visas separately so that others like me are not stuck in the H1B pile of applications. The not knowing what will happen wait is hard. Anyone know how long VSC is taking to process E3 visa extension applications? Link to comment

So no one knows what is taking so long for them. It is getting worse. I thought 3 months wait time but based on some approvals on the forum it is taking up to 4 months now for some.
