I am planning to travel to US, stay with my wife for few days, apply for EAD and then travel back to India. I will travel again in sometime to complete the remaining required paperwork. Is this possible? Once a person apply for EAD how soon they are required to appear at USCIS for paperwork or other legal formalities? Thanks Link to comment
