If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283. my attorney gave a case number starting LIN. when i try to track it online on uscis website, its giving the above message. its more than a month now. is this common??? Attorney_15 Posted January 21, 2013 Report Share Posted January 21, 2013 USCIS receipt numbers do produce error messages online using My Case Status, from time to time. One may be able to verify the status of the petition by calling the National Customer Service Center to find out the status from USCIS. Link to comment
