shanmugap Posted January 10, 2013 Report Share Posted January 10, 2013 Hello I am currently in H1B visa which expires on 12/2013 and doesn't have my Martial status updated to "Married" yet.My wife has a H4 visa on her name and doesn't have any Martial status updated to "Married" yet.I am currently in US and my wife and baby are in India. Currently I am planning to apply for an Indian passport and H4 visa for my baby. I want to understand if there were any name changes or spouse name need to be included in my Wife's passport and not sure about the procedures. 1. Can I go ahead and apply for my baby's passport and H4 visa without doing any changes on my wife passport as she already have the visa stamped ? 2. Can someone tell me how to proceed with this. ?
