Hello guys,

I know most of us have used AC21 provision to switch jobs on EAD. If anyone has gone thru this recently, can you please share your experince. Especially, if USCIS has acknowledged after sending AC21 letter or raised any RFE. Programmer analyst (Database,Unix,Java..development) to Sr Appl supp analyst (Support + development), does this move violate the "Similar/Same" category requirement?
