I-485 RFE

Hi,

I got a RFE on my I-485,,

I haven't answered(checked -X) couple questions in the application so they asked me to answer (check X) these questions and also asked me to retake biometrics. We have answered the RFE and I am waiting for my second biometrics to be taken.

My case is filed under cross chargeability EB2.

I am primary applicant from India and my spouse from Nepal. PD Current for EB2.

My I-140 is approved.

Can someone let me know why they have asked me to retake biometrics. I have already given my biometrics in FEB 2011. This would be my second biometrics.

Can someone let me know how long will the process take to get I-485 Approved or what will be their next step.
