need immediate suggestion on travelling third time to US on business visa

Hell all,

I need your suggesion on entry to US at third time on Business Visa.

In calendar year we have to stay in US for 90 days.

after my visit for 1 month to US took break for cooling period in India and travelled to US 2nd time again for a KT requement for a month period, after completion of 1 month period we come to canada now for KT requirment in Canada, we want to travel back to US after serving cooling period for 14 days..

please let me know do we have any problem if we travel to US at third time eventhough we have proper invitation letter n port of entry letter?
