Need suggestions for my brother's visitor visa

Hi I'm on H1B now and parents already got visitor visa for 10 years.

now i want to send my brother for visitor visa interview

here is my issue :

My brother is mentally handicaped and he cant face interview and he cant understand when other people talks.

he need a support who can talk to visa office and answer his questions

How can i send my brother to visa interview

can i send my dad or parents along with him. they already holding visitor visa how can they enter into embassy?

is there a way that i can send him to visa interview.

I think one parent can go along with your brother, but the chances of visa denial may be high. Better check with some experts.

Why did he not attend with them? I suspect you thought they would be denied if he were with them or that they used his disability to prove ties.
