Question : He was before in Kuwait when he got his first H1B approved and got stamped in Kuwait. Now he is planning to go for his H1B extension to Vancouver@ Canada. Will thier be any problem ? since he never got it stamped from home country( INDIA) . whether he is eligible to go to Canada for his stamping ? Appreciate your help.
