Hi,

I am working on EVC model.How can i answer the following questions?

1)What does your vendor do?

2)How come your Vendor found your client?

3)Why per diem is on your pay stub?

4)How your employer and Vendor are related?

If was to answer these questions

1) What does your vendor do

Ans) They are IT consulting firm and are prime vendors for my client.

2)How come your Vendor found your client?

As you said your vendor is prime vendor. Any contracting work form client will be going thought this particular vendor. And this happens as an contract for 3-4 years in agreement

3)Why per diem is on your pay stub?

I don't know

4)How your employer and Vendor are related?

​My employer is prime vendor for this vendor

..These are just a casual answers. But I am not really sure If we can go this way or not

Avoid per diem. That stuff is most of the time abuse of the rules. And per diem doesn't count as salary.
