Yellow 221g for H4 in Mumbai

My spouse and I went for our visa interview to the Mumbai consulate on Oct 22nd 2012. Me for H1B and my spouse for H4.

My visa stamping was done fine however my spouse was given a yellow 221g form with admin processing checked. They haven't asked for any documents or anything just wait until the Case Status report is updated.

Has anyone experienced this in an H4 situation? How long does it take for admin processing on the yellow form.

Any information will be helpful. Its very frustrating c'z wherever we've asked so far we're only getting the standard response.
