diwakard 0 Report post Posted November 20, 2012 Here's my case H1B approved for Employer A in 2012 quota(last year). Got stuck in Administrative processing, finally cleared and Visa stamped on june 2012. Was valid only until Sept 30th 2012. Never travelled to US on H1B and Now my petition and Stamp have expired. Now Employer B wants to file a H1B for me using my previous one. His attorney says that they could file a fresh petition for me as a cap-exempt and get it approved. Could you please advise if this is possible? If so, what are the chances of its approval? Thanks Diwakar Share this post Link to post
