Employment Verification letter for H4

Hi,

I have my wife H4 visa stamping in Hyd.

One of the supporting document is Employment Verification letter from my Employer.

Can this letter be copy or do i need to provide original. My Employer sent me the soft copy and said it should be fine

Any one who has recently went for H4 stamping please share your experience on this
