rataniitm Posted November 8, 2012 Report Share Posted November 8, 2012 Hi, I recently moved to Santa Clara (within the same company) and my employer has filed LCA and H1-B petition amendment for me (It was filed in premium processing and though it got approved soon, still waiting for the documents). Meanwhile, I have filled in the visa application for my wife based on my old H1-B petition number but with my current work information and current location information. Should this be fine given that she goes to the visa interview with my old H1-B documents, LCA, new H1-B petition documents? OR should I fill in a new visa application based on new H1-B amendment case number? Thanks Link to comment
