ravsriram Posted August 4, 2011 Report Share Posted August 4, 2011 Hi everyone My wife, on L2 Visa, applied for EAD on 14 Apr 2011. Paper method. It has been on Review since then. waiting for 110 days nearly now. Tried InfoPass appointment, Ombudsman, Call center to expedite. No luck yet. She now has Job offer in hand. We forwarded the offer to ombudsman asking to expedite once again. Also scheduled a 2nd Info Pass. Worried now. Any help on how to proceed? Link to comment
niko Posted August 28, 2011 Report Share Posted August 28, 2011 120 days is max wait, did your spouse get the EAD approved? Which service center did you apply? It is taking extremely long time for everything maybe because of economy, who knows. Nothing anyone can do about it but just wait. Link to comment
