EB3 to EB2 Porting

My husband is on EB3 and our priority date is Nov 2006. My employer is filing my GC under EB2...i have 2 questions

- can I port the primary applicants priority date?

- What happens if my GC is filed under EB2 and later my husband finds an employer to upgrade his from EB3 to EB2? Would I be able to go back as being a depedant applicant?
