chets_m8
Went for his H1 Stamping in Nov -2011 and received a 221 G – the Visa Officer said all the documents look good but we cannot issue the visa at this point of time and wait till you hear back from us and handed over the BLUE SLIP. However – he retained the Contract copy of the Vendor and the Client. Now after 11 months , today morning received a mail asking to submit the CLIENT LETTER. I no longer have that job as I was not able to go back to the US. Did anyone come across such situation. How to respond ? Link to comment

You need to find a new employer(I mean real employer,FTE) or employer who has direct clients. Link to comment
