Karna11 Posted October 16, 2012 Report Share Posted October 16, 2012 Hi last year i changed the employer from A to B after may 2011, from may to this year march i stick with employer B, from march to now stick with C, Cfilled my H1 i got approved for 3 years, according W2 in last year employer A gave W2 for his months(Jan to may), employer didn't run the pay check for my hours(Jun due to i got RFE on OPT , then My OPT got approved then i ran the pay check from OCt to dec, he gave the W2 regarding only these month(oct - dec) but he run the pay through 1099 for which i worked on OPT RFE time hours. Now my questions is if VO ask my W2 form, i need to give my 1099 form also? if i gave then if VO asks y u got 1099 , how can i justify my regarding this question can you please give valuable solutions, my interview is this thursday in vancouver. Fake paychecks are a felony. You need to get paid for real. Link to comment
