Can we extend EAD based on I94

Hi ,

Here is my case please share your suggestions,

My L1 Visa End Date - May 2013

I 94 End Date - Sept 2015

My Wife L2 Visa End Date - May 2013

I 94 End Date - Sept 2015

EAD End DAte - May 2013

My Company not willing to extend my L1 VIsa because of My I94 is valid till sep 2015.

But My wife going to receive a offer from State Government this week . But her EAD is valid till May 2013 only.

Can we extend my wifes EAD based on her I94 ?

Is it possible to get green card from L2 EAD ?

Will state governemnt process H1B?

If H1B proccesed in Premeium , can we work immediately instead of waiting october?

Please help me....
