sunnyaskin Posted October 9, 2012 Report Share Posted October 9, 2012 Just mention the higher or equal amount mentioned in your current LCA. I did the same. My LCA was 60K and My last year W2 YTD was 90K.... When VO asked my annual salary, I replied saying 70K. After that he looked into my LCA and last year's W2 and approved my VISA. If he ask's why it is more in W2? then you can tell that your employer had paid you for extra hours. 99% he would not ask such question. Good Luck -S Link to comment
