can_stamping
Hi guys, Could you explain if it's possible to switch employers during the GC processing? If yes, at what stage of the processing it is possible and what steps need to be taken? Any inputs on this will be appreciated. Thanks, Sam Link to comment
shandan
You can switch employers any time you want. GC process is not for your current employment, it is for a future employement. If you switch and the old employer revokes your application then you would have to start over. Again, you do not "have" (you can though) to be employed by the employer sponsoring your GC during the GC process, you need to join them once the GC is approved. Link to comment

Can the employer still revoke the case after I140 is approved? Link to comment
shandan
Yes, they can withdraw I-140, after the approval, but in most cases you keep your PD from that I-140. Link to comment
