seanj
Hi, I have a visa stamping interview scheduled in Merida in a week and I have an Indian passport. However, my current H1-B has expired as of Sept. 30th and it seems we Indians don't need a visa for Mexico as long as we have a valid US visa. However, I am concerned now that there may be issues when I land in Mexico - they may ask me for a visa since my US visa has expired. Would my appointment letter in Merida be sufficient?? Has anyone had similar experiences? Any help is greatly appreciated. Sean Link to comment
giri26
You need visa to Mexico. Indians don't have visa waiver to Mexico. Please contact the local Mexican embassy and apply for the same. Link to comment
