Visa fee problem - it says "No valid record can be found..."

Hi,

I paid my fees to Bank of America via NEFT according to the details generated for my profile. However, when I try to use the Unique Beneficiary Account Number in the section where it asks for receipt number even after about 12 hours, i get a message saying - "No valid record can be found for the entered receipt number".

What am I doing wrong? Is anybody else facing this problem too?
