bebovirgo Posted July 12, 2011 Report Share Posted July 12, 2011 I’m here on L2 visa which is expiring on Dec’2013(5 years will be completed). My company have agreed to file for my H1. My husband wants to pursue his MBA form US after his 5 years on L1 is maxed out. Can he study in US on H4 visa. Can he also apply for his F1 visa while studying? Link to comment
