Div302 Posted August 29, 2011 Report Share Posted August 29, 2011 My husband’s name on Passport and driver’s license doesn’t match with name on EAD i.e, different combination of first, middle & lastname. Recently when my husband went to renew his driver’s license he was told that he will be issued the license with the name that’s on EAD & not with name on present driver’s license, which is not helpful that’s he will be screwed up as his credit card & his home loan is on the name that’s on his passport & present picture Id. His driver’s license is going to expire in a month & our green card is in final stage as we had biometrics last month. I want to know is there a way to change the name on EAD now? How is it done? Wouldnt it delay the Green card process? Thank you. Link to comment
