L1B rfe premium processing

Hi,

I got RFE on L1B.There were 7 Question regarding special skills,Trainings,Certificate.I answered most of them with evidence attaching cerification competed,Training completed ,Detail daily,weekly Activates.

Anyone got similar RFE can share there experinces

while browsing this forum, from one of your posts I believe you recieved your L1A approval after RFE.

I have sent my RFE response to USCIS and waiting for the decission.

Could you please let me know how many days USCIS took in your case to approve the petition after recieving the RFE.

Hi Friends,

I too got anL1 B extenstions RFE on Specialized Knowledge.

i have being given time till Dec 13 to respond to RFE. but my i-94 and visa is getting expired on 11 nov 2012.

Do any one of you have can share me what all are the checklist that needs to be followed.

My RFE reached USCIS on 9th Oct and I checked my online status on 18th and USCIS approved my L1B. Mine is premium processing.

I got my approval today. Mine was premium processing, and USCIS took 9 days to respond to the RFE.

Happy for you...Good Luck..I subsequently applied for I-480 and I-485...got my green card in 6 weeks from the date of applying for I-485.

L1 blanket and L1-B individual .They said i need to attend interview in MUMBAI instead of chennai bcoz of L1-B indvidual

Hi Srinu...you could even appear in Toronto/Ottawa for the Visa stamping no need of going to India...I did that
