Sri_h1b
I finished my masters in 2008 and been working regulayly. Recently i got a Full Time position and i am a team lead. So what is the best way to apply my GC. EB2? OR am i eligible for EB1? Link to comment
mjsmithjones
depends on the job description, but my guess is as team lead it would be EB3 type position. Link to comment

shandan
You can have a Post-Doc, but if the position fall under EB3, then it is EB3. It is the position which decides the category not your Qualification. Link to comment
catx
As has been posted enumerable times before on this forum and elsewhere -- it is the documented job description and required education and experience, coincident with the education and experience of other employees in the same job, that determine the employment category for the job. Then it is the education and experience and qualifications of the employee that must meet the minimum requirements. The employee's degree(s), whatever level(s), and the amount of experience by itself has no bearing on the employment category. Link to comment
