whattodoeb2
Hi, I have a bachelors degree and I am CA from India. My current employer's attorney placed a job posting for PERM by stating 'bachelors + 5 years of experience'. However, in PERM application, attorney checked the 'Other' box in Education section and stated '3 years or 4 years bachelor degree is acceptable'. I have couple of questions: 1. Would it be an issue if job advertisement doesn't specifically state '3 years or 4 years bachelor degree is acceptable'? All it stated was 'bachelors + 5 yrs experience is required' 2. It looks like I am not eligible for EB2. Can anyone confirm? Thanks much for your insights. Link to comment
